At this time, just contact our support team and it will cancel the BusyKid account and cards. When you cancel, any money inside the system will be returned directly to either the funding source directly, through PayPal or bank check. Our support team will notify you of which. Any money on the BusyKid Spend Card will be returned as soon as the card is closed. Please see the Spend Card section for more card details. There are no partial refunds of annual subscription fees and no refunds for money spent on investments or donations.
